Sick.
I hate being sick.
That's pretty much it. I have a ton of work to do, feel behind on everything and I have no energy. And I hate that all I want to do is whine about it.
I'm sorry you're sick!!! I got a flu shot last year. And got the flu. Three times. Three different strains, none of which the vaccine covered. I don't know if I'll get it again this year. I'm annoyed with the flu vaccine gods.
I'm an aspiring writer and busy mommy with two boys - D, 4 1/2 and G, 2, and am currently pregnant with my third baby, who they tell me is a girl (surprise of surprises!). I'm married to my high school sweetheart, stay at home with my kids and drive a mini-van.
But I'm still cool. No, really, I am. I still have a Red Hot Chili Peppers t-shirt to prove it.
This is a place for me to archive the details of my not-so-glamorous life - ninja turtles, poopy diapers, the occassional fight with my husband and conversations with my four year old's imaginary friend Mr. Dinosaur.

I'm a believer in the flu shot, even though I've had it twice.
Matter of fact, I'm a believer BECAUSE I've had it twice.
